This is only for repeat customers or if you're just needing simple text (fonts in picture). If you just require simple text include the Font Number, and write the text exactly as you want it. (ie: First Line: Business Name/ Second Line: Business Tagline)
If you're a repeat customer in text box include business name or contact name so we can pull your logo from our customer files.
Left Chest placement and you may add on sleeve text as well for staff members.
For new logos or special requests such as dri-fit, or high end polos request a quote.
