When will I get my order?

For Instagram Shop products we ship in 48hrs. For Custom Shop products refer to your quote and store receipt in your email. All products will also have shipping information. For any other questions, please refer to our Shipping Page.

Can I return or exchange something?

Due to the nature of our business we only exchange for quality issues. Contact us and send all pictures within 48hrs of receiving your order. If wrong item was sent, please contact us so we can fix our mistake! Please refer to our Return and Exchanges Page form more details.

I would like a hat from a different product to be customized, can I do this?

Of course! Contact us and we will see if that hat is in stock or can be sourced.

What is the difference between the Instagram Shop and Custom Shop?

We are designers by nature so we create things that can be worn all year round. These products aren't specific to a particular business or person and can be worn by anyone. For custom products, please use our Custom Shop Page.

How long does it take to quote custom orders?

Usually 24-48 hours. Your business is important to us, so we try to work them right away.

Where are your suppliers located?

Our suppliers are sourced in the USA. They follow more stringent regulations resulting in higher quality results. It also allows us to decrease our turnaround time to you.
