Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, orders cannot be returned.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately; if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for sizing issues. As noted on our product page, be sure to review size chart so that you order the correct size. If you received wrong product or there was damage to your order we will make it right and gladly exchange it. To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@stitchmein.com

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

 

Order Cancellations
Once order is processed we will not be able to cancel orders. We do our best to check emails at the start of each business day but please note that we are a small business with minimal staff. Please double check your order before checking out so that you avoid making order mistakes.
